Located 60 km south east of Irkutsk, Listvyanka is the most popular spot for viewing Lake Baikal.

Access
To reach Listvyanka from Irkutsk take a taxi (1 hour), bus (90 minutes) or boat (1 hour) down the Angara River.
Activities in Listvyanka include hiking, mountain-biking and horse riding in summer; snow sauna and dog-sledging in winter. Numerous hotels cater for tourists.
